BUGHOUSE CHESS PRO
Played on two chessboards by four players in teams of two. Normal chess rules apply, except that captured pieces on one board are passed on to the players of the other board, who then have the option of putting these pieces on their board.

SINGLE DEVICE
Bughouse Chess Pro can be played on a Single Device with 4 People. If you don’t have 4 People then use the built-in Computer players.
REMOTE PLAY
Bughouse Chess Pro can be played remotely using 2-4 iPhones or iPads. Game Center is used for remote online play. Each player is required to have a Game Center account.
LOCAL PLAY
Bughouse Chess Pro supports local network play using Bluetooth or WIFI For best results all devices should be within 10 feet of each other.

BUGHOUSE CHESS PRO RULES
Rule #1
1. Pieces are set up on two boards next to each other with one player white and a partner next to him as black. Starting piece placement is the same as in regular chess.
Rule #2
2. All pieces move in the same manner as in chess.
Rule #3
3. The goal of the game is to checkmate one of the two opponents, or to take his king.
Rule #4
4. When you take an opponent’s piece, you pass it to your partner. He then may insert that piece onto his board in place of a move.
Rule #5
5. Pieces may be placed on the board on any open square including the first and last ranks.
Rule #6
6. Pieces may be placed with check or checkmate.
Rule #7
7. Pawns may not be placed on the first or the last ranks.
Rule #8
8. When capturing a promoted pawn the piece is dropped as a pawn.
Rule #9
9. All games use a 5 minute clock.
Rule #10
10. When either partner’s time expires the game is over.
Rule #11
11. Partners may talk to each other and make move suggestions but may not touch the other person’s pieces or clock.v

Setting Up Teams
Teams can be configured here. Teammates sit next to each other
Moving Pieces
While it’s your turn to select a piece to move simple tap on it. The board will show all of the legal moves for the selected piece. Tap on one of the legal spots to move the selected piece. To cancel a selected piece tap on it again.
